When you have forgotten your password, you can simply reset it form the login screen.

All you need to do is click on "Forgot my password".

Then, type your e-mail address and you will receive a new password to your e-mail in a few seconds.

You can now log in with your new password. Feel free to ask our technical support for help in case you have forgotten your e-mail address and need to retrieve it!

Alternatively, you can ask your Supervisor to update your password from the system. To do this, please follow the steps from this article.
