How to change the invoice template?

To change the template of your invoice, open the "System Management" by clicking on the "grey cog" in the upper right corner. If you now click on "Invoice templates" on the left side menu, you are able to see and change the template options.

What kind of settings can you change?

As a default, there are 3 available invoice designs for you to choose from.

First, you can choose your invoice design from these three options. Additionally, you have the possibility to add a logo, change some basic template settings, add additional information and choose the colors for your invoice to match, for example, your company's colors.

Adding a logo is simple. Just find your logo from your computer, upload it and you are ready to go!

However, to make sure that your logo has a good quality, the dimensions for the longer side should be at least 600px in length. Acceptable file formats for your logo are JPG, PNG or SVG.

Template settings and additional information

Under the template settings you can add a footer. When you select any footer option, a new "Footer" section will appear below. You can also set invoice font size and the paper size here.

Additional information section is for legal information, comments, wire transfer details and bank details or whatever else you choose write in the field. You can choose to enter the "wire transfer details" manually or automatically, in which case the bank account details will be added from the "Bank account" settings in your System Management.

The last option in the invoice templates is the colors section. Here, you can edit the invoice template colors. Primary color changes the color of the lines on the invoice - you can see the different default templates as examples of this. With the other two colors settings, you can change the color of the font on the invoice.
