Users with Supervisor rights have the possibility to make adjustments to other user accounts. This includes resetting the password for them.

To do this, you just need to follow these steps:

  1. Open your "System management" from the on the upper right corner of your system.

  2. From "People & organisation" section click on "Users" menu.

  3. Find the user whose password needs resetting and click on the "edit" button behind that user to edit their information.

  4. Now, you can either type in the new password yourself or let the system suggest a new password from the "Password" field in the "User account" section. You can also require password change on the next login of that user and you can send an e-mail with the user credentials to them. For that, just tick the two boxes below the password fields.

5. Click "Save".

The password for the user is now reset!

If you don't have access to your system, please see these steps on how to update your password.
